Refund Policy
- We are extremely customer centric and enable easy returns for defective or damaged items.
- We offer 3 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. A reverse shipment fee is not applicable for replacements.
- If you are not satisfied with the item received, due to damaged / defective item we will provide you with a replacement.
- Please make sure you order the right size by referring to the size chart (In case of apparel). Since your order is custom printed each time you place an order, we shall not provide a replacement if the size you ordered does not fit.
- Please select “Zingerprints Courier pick-up” as the return option when submitting the return request, so that we have your return order picked up.
- A return should be initiated within 3 days of delivery. We shall not accept return requests beyond this time-frame barring discretionary exceptions.
- We shall also provide a replacement if item received is incorrect / or if a different order has been inadvertently delivered.
- Refund request shall be accepted :
- If Order is not delivered beyond the expected delivery SLA of 10-12 working days (Or marked delivered but not received).
- Pick-up will be attempted thrice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund or return would not be initiated.
- Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to get reflected in your bank account, after a refund request has been accepted and refund initiated.

- If you happen to change your mind, Cancellations will only be possible in the first 24 hours of placing the order. We will not be able to entertain cancellation requests beyond this time period. You can initiate order cancellations here.
SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:
- In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address:

Bengaluru. 560087. - Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 3 days of receiving the product(s), a refund process should be initiated.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
- If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it’s not received by you, please contact us within 24 hours.

- In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact by Initiating a return request or by dropping an email on support@zingerprints.com or on Whatsapp: +91 7499094613 with details of the product and its damage within 3 days of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
- Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
