Return Policy:
- We are extremely customer centric and enable easy returns.
- If you are not satisfied with the item received, due to damaged / defective item we will provide you with a replacement.
- Please make sure you order the right size by referring to the size chart (In case of apparel). Since your order is custom printed each time you place an order, we shall not provide a replacement if the size you ordered does not fit.
- Please select “Zingerprints Courier pick-up” as the return option when submitting the return request, so that we have your return order picked up.
- A return should be initiated within 3 days of delivery. We shall not accept return requests beyond this time-frame barring discretionary exceptions.
- We shall also provide a replacement if item received is incorrect / or if a different order has been inadvertently delivered.
- Refund request shall be accepted :
- When an order is not delivered beyond the expected delivery SLA of 10-12 working days (Or marked delivered but not received).
- A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, if you request a courier pick up from us. Reverse shipment fee is not charged for replacements.
